Our design team offers knowledge in geology, engineering, and drafting which provides a comprehensive view of each site and design element. Our designers and engineers ensure that you made the right choice for your OWTS design.  Our team maintains excellent working relationships with county officials and licensed contractors (excavators). The team participated in the recent stakeholder process for the adoption of Regulation 43. We also work with counties in their adoption process.

Timothy Petz, P.G., Professional Geologist

Tim moved to Colorado and jumped in wastewater in 1995 working as a geologist and engineer. He started All Service Septic, LLC and ITS,inc. in 2005, and moved into the wastewater treatment world. North Dakota and Colorado have provided large treatment project opportunities, and Tim and ITS, inc have continued to grow. 

 

Richard Petz, P.E., Registered Professional Engineer

Richard has been a Registered Professional Engineer for over 30 years. He received his Engineering Degree from Clarkson University in New York State and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in Ohio. His engineering experience includes multiple years of design, construction, and manufacturing management. He joined ALL SERVICE septic in 2004 as an engineering colleague with his son, Tim. Erik Hamilton

Erik Hamilton grew up in Bethel, Ct.. Erik received a baseball/academic scholarship to Seton Hall University. Erik worked in the restaurant business during his twenties. Upon moving to Colorado in 1997, Erik became very involved in the onsite wastewater industry. Erik has installed and serviced a wide variety of industry leading wastewater treatment systems and pumps. Erik is notably experienced in the installation and maintenance of onsite wastewater systems.

Erik is a lifetime member of CEHA (Colorado Environmental Health Association). From 2000 to 2002 and 2014-2016 Erik was on the Board of Directors for CEHA and a member of CPOW (Colorodo Professionals in Onsite Wastewater). Erik takes pride continuing his career in the dynamic and ever growing world of onsite wastewater.
